I feel bad for not having a life or opinions interesting enough worth blogging about. In general, today is one of those days when I'm fed up with all males, especially ones that I know. I'm watching The Holiday on TV right now, and even though I've seen it literally dozens of times, I still love seeing it again. Would you consider yourself an Amanda or an Iris? I'm an Iris. And I'm definitely in a major girly movie phase, I watched the Keira Knightley Pride and Prejudice the other night with a bowl of cheese dip for dinner. I'm trying not to be overcome with utter disillusionment with everything right now. On the brighter side of life, my contact at the university in Changsha said I should be able to buy my plane ticket in a couple weeks (I can literally feel the prices rising daily!) after she gets my resident permit and official invitation letter. I hope to soon be spending some quality time at the Rep, and that will make me feel better, too, I hope. Things will certainly be different this time around.
